We don't refund for change of mind.

If you believe you have a faulty product, please email a photo to aprilmaygems@outlook.com & we may require a return.

Online orders placed through the website Shopping Cart will be packed and dispatched once payment has been received or proof of deposit made to our bank account.


No liability will be accepted for any shortages, breakages, or defective goods unless April May Gems is notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Returns will only be accepted within one month from the date of invoice and must be accompanied by the invoice.


Please note insurance is not purchased for orders under $100. For orders over $100 - please get in touch if you would like a small fee added for insurance.
